Patient Services Specialist

Overview

FYidoctors - Penticton - Skaha Lake clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist. This is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What Will You Be Doing

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre-testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards

What Do You Bring

• Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
