The Patient Services Specialist is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ 1 year customer service experience, or

+ Successful completion of Providence internship.
