Be the main point of contact for service referrals & day to day interactions & queries for specific patient support programmes.
▪ Ensure the provision of a continuous high level of customer service.
▪ Ensure material orders are managed and coordinated using SAP to ensure a timely and accurate delivery.
▪ Coordinate the delivery and dispensing of prescribed medications and associated ancillaries which will involve close collaboration with various other departments.
▪ Accurately report details of Adverse Events, Product Complaints and/or Clinical Incidents as per company policy.
▪ Ensure complete accuracy at all times, minimising the impact of error.
▪ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports and/or reviews as required.
▪ Work with internal departments/colleagues to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
