Patient Support Navigator, Canada

As our new Patient Support Navigator (internally referred to as Operations & Intake Coordinator)for Canada, you’ll play a key part in bringing our innovative therapy to patients across the country—at a pivotal time of growth in the market.

This role is based in our Montreal office in the Old Montreal area. As the sole dedicated coordinator supporting Canada, you will operate with a high degree of independence and ownership. You will serve as the central operational point of contact for patient onboarding, reimbursement coordination, and cross functional case management across both English and French speaking Canada. With British Columbia recently becoming the first province to approve therapy initiation, this is a unique opportunity to help shape and scale operations in a growing market, making a tangible difference for patients and providers across the country.
