Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital

St John of God Subiaco Hospital is seeking a highly organised and competent Patient Theatre Bookings Officer to join our Patient Services Admission team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will support a high performing admissions service, by being the first line of support to team members in ensuring the overall integrity, accuracy and timeliness of all patient admissions and theatre bookings, while providing a personalised admissions service.

The Position:

• Undertakes validation and quality control of all theatre bookings and liaise with theatre regarding theatre lists.

• Coordinate theatre bookings and related activities.

• Prints and distributes daily theatre lists and reports as required.

• Process surgical bookings in Webpas from theatre lists received via doctors’ rooms.

• Follow up missing consents day prior to admission.
