**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Performs activities related to transportation of patients to and from diagnostic testing, room-to-room transfers, discharge, and admission as directed by nursing and ancillary departments.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ 18 years of age (minimum)
+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred OR High School Diploma.
+ AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
