Position Details: 
Position: Casual Patient Watch Security Guard 
Site: Yarmouth Regional Hospital, Roseway Hospital (Shelburne), Digby General Hospital. A successful candidate must be able to travel between multiple locations.
Hours:  Hours may vary site to site (example Days, Nights, Rotating Shifts) 
Payrate: $ 20.50/hour 
Key responsibilities: 
Provide continuous observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and prevent self-harm or injury. 
Monitor and report any unusual behavior, incidents, or safety concerns to clinical and security staff. 
Maintain a respectful and non-invasive presence while observing patients. 
Work closely with healthcare professionals, following facility protocols and directions.
