Patients Services Manager, Private Patients

Job overview

We are looking for a Patient Services Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and improve our service. While a focus of your role will be leading the administration and development of the maternity service your work in the Lindo Wing will expose you to a variety of clinical specialities.

You will work with world leading doctors and surgeons providing the highest standards of clinical care and to support the Service Manager in an operational capacity to provide the administrative and business functions that are the building blocks of the service. 

The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of experience in Private Healthcare, exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer care skills with the ability to lead a team, analyse data and make decisions independently. Experience of pathway management and quality improvement methodology are essential.
