The ideal candidate must be adept at transforming design ideas into precise, production-ready patterns that uphold the brand’s fit and silhouette criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop initial patterns using design sketches, reference materials, and technical packs

• Create patterns for various womenswear categories such as dresses, tops, co-ords, bottoms, ethnicwear, occasionwear, and western wear

• Manage pattern adjustments and revisions following fit trials and sample evaluations

• Ensure accurate fit, grading, measurements, and garment balance across all sizes
