Pattern Master

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master + Stitching Incharge who can manage stitching production for sportswear and knit garments for export orders. The candidate must be able to make patterns, support sampling, and ensure production is production-ready with proper sizing and stitching quality.

Key Responsibilities

Pattern Making & Production Readiness

• Develop patterns from tech packs / samples / reference images
• Grading for multiple sizes (S–XXL etc.)
• Prepare production patterns & marker planning support
• Coordinate with cutting & stitching teams to ensure smooth production flow

Stitching Production Handling

• Manage stitching floor daily line planning & output targets
• Ensure correct stitching operations for sportswear (activewear)
• Check quality during stitching and reduce rework
• Train operators for new styles and improve stitching efficiency
