Paving Superintendent

About the Role

The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and subcontractors. The role ensures contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with specifications and customer expectations. It also involves providing accurate revenue and cost information to accounting staff and reviewing invoices and cost reports before release. As part of the GVA operations organization, the superintendent coaches and mentors direct reports, promotes a culture of agility, collaboration, and empowerment, and drives continuous improvement in construction profitability.
