Mount Royal University’s Financial Services Department is responsible for the accurate and timely capture, analysis and reporting of all financial information for Mount Royal University as well as Mount Royal Foundation, and Mount Royal Day Care.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Payables & Expense Management (Financial Operations), this position is responsible for assisting the Manager with university payables and expense management including related general ledger accounts. The incumbent’s role is to provide oversight for the accurate and timely processing of all payable and expense management transactions in a manner consistent with university policies, procedures and related legislation to safeguard university resources.
