Payloader Operator

The incumbent is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the payloader by conducting pre-operation checks, reporting any issues for maintenance, and performing minor servicing and cleaning. The role includes transporting and loading essential materials such as bagasse, ash, sugarcane, and sugar, as well as performing excavation and other bulk handling tasks required by respective departments.

The incumbent coordinates with assigned personnel to fulfill material handling requests, supports daily operational and maintenance activities, and ensures cleanliness and safety within the work area.
