Payment Dispute

We're hiring an experienced Payment Dispute & Chargeback Specialist to manage disputes across Stripe and for digital goods and services.

Disputes include friendly fraud, item not as described, no refund / credit not issued, and unauthorized transactions (real fraud). A key part of this role is proactively outreaching customers to resolve issues and have disputes withdrawn before escalation where possible.

You'll be provided with existing templates and SOPs — however, this role requires independent judgement. We're looking for someone who can adapt responses when needed, apply their own dispute expertise, and advise on improvements to our current approach over time.
