About the Job

This role focuses on supporting and growing digital payment usage by working closely with local merchants. You'll be on the ground ensuring payment systems run smoothly, helping merchants solve issues, and supporting payment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and support merchants within assigned area
• Ensure payment QR codes and POS devices are properly set up
• Help merchants resolve payment issues and improve transaction success
• Provide simple training to merchants on payment usage
• Support payment onboarding, campaigns, and daily operations
• Monitor payment performance and report issues or feedback
• Manage basic payment materials (QR stands, POS, stickers)
