Payment Gateway Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Manage internal operations for cross-border payment products and maintain communication and cooperation with external institutions/channels.
2. Liaise with and manage payment channels across different countries, assist the team in standardizing the channel onboarding process, and ensure the stability and diversity of payment channels.
3. Oversee daily management and maintenance of integrated channels, coordinate and resolve any issues or emergencies, ensuring smooth business operations.
4. Continuously optimize internal operations and sales support processes to improve service quality and provide effective support for business growth.
