Payment Operation Specialist

Job Description:

Ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing of affiliate payouts, internal payments and financial reconciliations

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly affiliate payments based on approved reports
• Verify payout amounts, revenue share calculations and transaction accuracy
• Reconcile payment records across wallets, bank accounts and internal systems
• Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions for discrepancies or delays
• Coordinate with Affiliates, Customer Support, Risk and Finance teams to resolve payment related issues and inquiries
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation including invoices, statements, payout summaries and proof of payments
• Track payment schedules, cut off dates, approval workflows, and ensure payouts are executed on time
• Identify unusual payout behavior or inconsistencies and escalate to Fraud or AML teams when required
