Summary of Job Role and Place in Organization

As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our online payment systems across key PSPs (e.g. Adyen, Stripe, Klarna, PayPal) and testing platforms (e.g. Applause). You will monitor performance andanalyse PSP-data, manage PSP configurations, maintain and test payment methods, and incidents, and act as the operational contact for PSPs. This hands-on role will be based in Philippines and reports to the Business Owner for Checkout & Payments.

Purpose of the Job

The Payment Operations Specialist ensures seamless, secure, and high-performing online payment flows across all payment service providers and checkout configurations. You will be responsible for basic configuration settings (functional, non-technical) in PSP platforms, monitoring key metrics such as auth rate, success rate and chargebacks, and supporting incident resolution.
