Payment Operations Lead

About the role

This role will oversee daily payment operations, ensure smooth transaction processing, and act as a key coordination point across internal teams. A well-suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership in a

What you'll do

• Monitor payment transactions, alerts, and operational queues during business hours
• Act as the first escalation point for payment-related issues and incidents
• Support and guide our operations team on daily operational matters
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Payments, Technology, Risk, and Admin teams
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to SLAs and internal procedures
