Payment Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced payment operations manager to oversee and optimize our payment operations in Singapore. You will ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of our daily transactions and client support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation. Lead and develop a high-performing operations team. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Collaborate with global teams to launch new products and services.
Qualifications:
5+ years of operations experience in payments, fintech, or banking. Proven track record in team management and process optimization. Strong knowledge of payment systems and regulatory requirements in Singapore. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
