Payment Project Specialist

• Lead end-to-end project management for online payment initiatives from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with payment gateways, banks, and fintech partners to integrate and maintain secure payment solutions.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance) to ensure project success.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of payment systems to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, local regulations, and internal security policies.
• Troubleshoot issues in payment flows and work with technical teams to resolve them.
• Stay up-to-date on payment trends, technologies, and emerging payment methods (e.g., QR, UPI, wallets, BNPL).
