Payment Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary:

• This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within the Credit and Collection Department.

What You'll Do:

• Verifies the accuracy of payment entries including amounts, dates, and account numbers and validates payment transactions against supporting documentation and system records.
• Coordinates with settlement banks to ensure timely transfer of funds from settlement bank accounts to the company's main bank accounts.
• Monitors fund transfer processes to identify and resolve any delays or issues.
• Implements and adheres to established financial controls and procedures.
• Conducts regular audits, identifies potential risks and recommends improvements

What We're Looking For:

• With Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent course.
