The Solutions Consultant is responsible for the support of a solution‑designed sale, providing customized service solutions for high‑potential opportunities and strategic client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support to the relevant sales business unit to deliver TNS’ Solution Portfolio to new and existing customers.
• Support the execution of solution design sessions, including conducting in‑depth discovery sessions that lead to solution‑based sales of products and services.
• Create business, functional and technical requirements to demonstrate the delivery of services that meet or exceed client expectations.
