Centre for Project Research and Resource Development (CPRAD) is seeking to engage a results-oriented and self-driven
Payment Systems Expert
for a short-term project to provide technical leadership and advisory support on the design, implementation, oversight, and assessment of payment systems particularly digital and cross-border payment ecosystems. The role focuses on improving payment system efficiency, interoperability, compliance, and security while supporting modernization initiatives across retail and wholesale payment infrastructure.

As our
Payment Systems Expert,
you will:

1.   Attend technical defence and inception meetings to shape program direction and stakeholder alignment.

2.   Support baseline study design by identifying indicators, data sources, and methodologies relevant to payment systems.

3.   Assess policy and regulatory frameworks governing payment systems, recommending harmonization for cross-border interoperability.
