About the Role As a Payments Admin / Deposits Specialist , your primary responsibility is to post incoming deposits to client accounts quickly and accurately.

You will act as a financial detective, working closely with vendors who remit funds and assisting with researching, identifying, and reconciling bulk deposits to their specific medical dispute cases.

This role requires surgical attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a very high volume of repetitive transactions.
