Payments and Compliance Administrator

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Payments and Compliance Administrator to join our expanding team! In this position, you will be part of a small team responsible for various aspects of accounting and treasury. You will have the opportunity to advance to a more senior role while providing support to your teammates.

Responsibilities

• Support the accounting team by addressing customer inquiries related to payments.
• Assist the compliance team by responding to customer due diligence questions.
• Provide real-time information on customer payments to the customer success team.
• Perform other customer support duties as assigned by managers.
