Payments Customer Support Specialist

Global Payments in Santiago, Chile is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to assist cardholders with payment inquiries and account management. The role involves handling phone-based requests and provides an opportunity to develop extensive knowledge of payment solutions and customer service protocols.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Global Payments systems is preferred along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle routine to moderately difficult tasks.
