Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border payments initiatives involving FX, compliance, and international flows.
• Design solutions for liquidity pooling, intraday optimization, and agile provisioning.
• Research and evaluate emerging payment technologies: stablecoins, CBDCs, tokenized assets, and digital wallets.
• Create presentations and diagrams for senior stakeholders.
• Drive agile delivery across teams and ensure alignment across business, tech, and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver delivery assurance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, RTGS, ISO 20022.
• Familiarity with digital assets and DeFi protocols.
• Model liquidity flows and optimize treasury operations.
