Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SIT, UAT, DR, and Production cutovers
• Monitor production systems and call IDs
• Manage critical and severity-based escalations
• Provide technical support during UAT and DR phases
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Design and execute test cases for CRs and bug fixes
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software
• Troubleshoot live application issues
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer
• Maintain technical and implementation documentation
• Monitor system performance and recommend tuning
• Provide remote and onsite client support

Required Skills
