Job Description

Payments & Investigations Analyst
 Join a critical operations team delivering high-value, time-sensitive payment and dishonour processing. You will ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction handling while contributing to process improvements, reporting, and investigations that directly support business and fraud risk mitigation strategies.
 
 Pay rate: $38.99 p/h + super
 Contract Duration: 9 months initially
 Location: Parramatta, NSW
 Hybrid working arrangement: After 3 months
 
 Key Responsibilities: 

Own end-to-end processing of dishonoured transactions, making timely, high-stakes decisions to mitigate operational risk.

Conduct investigations on complex or late-stage dishonours, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
