Payments Operations Lead

Remitee, a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments, is seeking a Payments Operations Lead.

We are looking for a Payments Operations Lead to join our Payments Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of the area. This is a senior role with a strong focus on measuring and analyzing team and operational performance, generating high-value insights, and communicating results both internally and externally.

While the role includes exposure to operational processes, its core responsibility is performance measurement and analysis, positioning data and insights as a value-added service for internal stakeholders and especially for external clients.

• Measure and analyze the performance of the Payments Operations team and overall operational processes.
• Design, build, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., payment speed, rejection rates, root cause...
