Payments Partnership Manager

About the role

This is a hands-on, commercially driven role focused on
actively sourcing, identifying, and onboarding local payment service providers
(PSPs), acquirers, and banking partners within assigned LATAM markets to support high-volume, high-risk payment flows.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively source and identify local payment solutions, PSPs, acquirers, and banking partners within your assigned LATAM markets
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage payment partners across the region
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, settlement terms, SLAs, and payment structures
• Monitor and optimise PSP performance, approval rates, uptime, and escalation handling
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure market readiness and regulatory alignment
• Build strong, long-term relationships with payment partners to support scalable regional growth
