Payments Specialist

*This position is assigned to SJE Management Pte Ltd, which is an affiliated entity to Golden Agri Resources. SJE Management Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered company involved in investment and management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment processing

1. Receiving vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
2. Preparing payment vouchers for review and approvals
3. For some accounts: Creating payment transactions in bank website for subsequent review and authorisation
4. For other accounts: Preparing payment instruction forms (in bank’s format) for authorised signatory

Recording and document maintenance

1. Recording payments in Excel template for upload into Accounting System
2. Proper filing of payment documents and approvals
3. Maintaining bank statements
4. Preparing daily bank transfer status list
