VIP Payroll Administrator (Temporary – Maternity Cover)

Position Title: VIP Payroll Administrator
Location: Boksburg Onsite (no remote work permitted)
Start Date: 4 May 2026
Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Duration: 4 Months (until 18 September 2026)
Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 gross per month

Purpose of the Role

To take full responsibility for the accurate and timeous processing of weekly wages and monthly payroll on Sage VIP Classic (On-Premise), including statutory submissions and compliance, during a maternity cover period.

Payroll Environment

• Payroll System: Sage VIP Classic (On-Premise)

• Modules: No integrated HR, Leave, ESS, or Time & Attendance modules

• Clocking System: ERS (manual weekly prints; not integrated with VIP)

• Employees:

o Weekly wage earners (across different companies)

o Monthly paid disabled employees
