Payroll Administrator

Location: Office-Based (Full-Time) - Centurion

Reporting to: Payroll Manager and relevant operations managers.

The Role: We are looking for a proactive Payroll Administrator to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that requires a master of multitasking - someone who can manage biometric systems, navigate complex tax filings, and maintain seamless communication with our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Payroll: Accurately process and calculate monthly wages, commissions, bonuses, and deductions, leave.
• System Management: Oversee the PRP Biometric clocking system and ESS (Employee Self-Service) for leave and attendance verification.
• Compliance & Benefits: Proactively issue UIF documentation and manage benefit claims, and COIDA/Injury on Duty registrations via the CompEasy portal.
