Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administratorfor a client based in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing the full payroll function from processing,verifying, and reconciling of pay information, taking into account Legislation,Company Policy, and Audit requirements.
  • Performing various reconciliations, which include theNational Bargaining Council Leave versus the Sage 300 People balance.
  • Ensuring accurate payment of salaries and wages.
  • Preparation of a detailed analytical review of the salariesfor the pay period.
  • Explaining material variances from the before the currentmonth.
  • Provide support to the Payroll Supervisor.
  • Other ad hocpayroll-related tasks as assigned by management.
