Payroll & Allowance Ops

Job Description
Payroll Operation - work closely with the support team to ensure payroll/payment timeliness and accuracy, investigate and address any payment and payroll operational issues caused by upstream system processes. Execute/monitor payroll interface jobs till successful payment for the following:
The Supplier shall perform Payment and Payroll checks
Configure and run payment (including payroll) checks using furnished tool (e.g. Audit and Compliance Tool) and follow through the process of data rectification.
Support users in data profiling for payroll-related issues.
Contact and assist relevant users if any pay discrepancies are discovered.
Investigate the cause of master data discrepancies in the system using SAP programs/queries or SQL when required.
Keep track of outstanding master data errors and ensure resolution prior to payroll run.
