Payroll Analyst

Ford U.S. Employee Payments Team is seeking a new Payroll Analyst, who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation by managing payroll functions, including calculating pay, withholding taxes, and maintaining payroll records, while also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations including adherence to UAW pay rules.As part of this role, you will be required to process and validate time and pay across multiple platforms.This role is one of the key positions on the Employee Payments' (Payroll) Team.It involves understanding end‐to‐end payroll processes for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accurate data management, and timely payments, while collaborating with HR, external service providers, Labor Affairs, and finance teams.Process payroll related transactions in adherence with federal, state, and regional pay guidelines (including UAW CBA), while ensuring employees are paid...
