Payroll Analyst (Americas)

OverviewWe are hiring a Payroll Analyst to join a regional HR Operations team supporting Americas payroll (Mexico, US, Brazil, among others)ResponsibilitiesPrepare and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll calendars.Manage employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, job changes).
Validate time & attendance, working hours, and overtime records prior to payroll processing.Support benefits administration and ensure correct payroll impact (deductions, contributions, vendor coordination).
Maintain high-quality employee data in HR systems used for payroll processing.Partner with HR, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and benefits inquiries.What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, preferably within a Shared Services model.Proven hands-on expertise in Mexico payroll and multi-country operations (U.S., Brazil, Canada) within an integrated global payroll framework.Experience with pa...
