**Role Purpose**

Manage key activities related of payroll processes, operating day‑to‑day operational tasks. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.

**Tasks and responsibilities**

+ Collect, review, and consolidate payroll input data for submission to the payroll vendor (including new hires, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, salary adjustments, etc.).
+ Reconcile payroll before transmission and validate finalized reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
