WHAT YOU'LL DO
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll administration while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll process with focus in Argentina.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
Support audits and maintain accurate payroll records.
