Description
Payroll Analyst
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for capture and analyze the entire payroll process.
Responsibilities: 
 Keep information updated in the TRESS system
Keep information updated in the WORKDAY system
Process and follow up on savings fund loans
Provide support as needed to the Payroll Specialist
Daily report of man-hours (Foundry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Vic Press, and Assembly)
Enter incidents such as: vacations, shift changes, overtime, paid or unpaid leave
Analyze payment capacity for savings fund loans and submit requests
Enter loans into the system
Keep information in TRESS and WORKDAY updated
Register new hires in the TRESS system / submit new hire registrations to IDSE
Review IDSE to ensure there are no rejected transactions / file documents
Take fingerprints of new hires
Publish pre-payroll
