**Objective**:Payroll Assistant requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
The role of a Payroll Assistant is to support the payroll processes of the organization and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
The Payroll Assistant is responsible for assisting the payroll department in performing tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records, delivering payroll checks, responding to employee inquiries and carrying out day-to-day payroll activities.
**Responsabilities**:
- Weekly Payroll, Incidents, Calculation, Payment, Stamping, Shipping.
- Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
- Report dining room discount.
- Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.
- Generation of punctuality and attendance report.
