Elevate your payroll expertise with AltaLink as a Payroll Analyst in Calgary. This full-time role involves administering accurate payroll processing and resolving complex payroll issues.
As a Payroll Analyst, you will report to the Director of Accounting & Corporate Reporting and work closely with the Senior Payroll Leader. Your responsibilities will encompass full-cycle payroll processing, compliance management, and year-end reporting. You’ll also engage in testing system upgrades and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full cycle payroll for various employee types
• Analyze and resolve payroll and system errors
• Participate in testing and upgrading payroll systems
• Liaise with HR for payroll preparations and inquiries
• Maintain master data and perform reconciliations
Requirements:
• High school diploma with payroll certification
• Minimum of 5 years...
