Payroll Analyst

**Payroll Specialist**
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of multi-entity payroll processing experience
- Experience with enterprise payroll systems (Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms) and Microsoft
- Office Applications (Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of integrated HR/Payroll systems and data management
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish required.
**Technical Skills**
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas (vlookups, xlookups, IF statements, etc.), pivot tables,
- and data analysis
- Understanding of payroll interfaces, file imports, and system integrations
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems and data validation processes
