Payroll and Benefit Specialist (6 Months)

JOB SUMMARY

This position supports the accurate and timely execution of payroll and employee benefit processes. The role is responsible for gathering payroll data, validating employee information, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring processes comply with internal policies and government regulations. This position ensures a smooth and efficient HR operation while delivering a positive employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Proficient in Written English.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to take initiative.
• Strong logical thinking, ability to deduce process, and identify irregularities.
• Good command in communication.
• This is a temporary position for 6 months.
• Placement: Jakarta (WFO)
