Payroll and T&A Test Analyst

Contract | Melbourne | HR Systems Integration Programme

We are working with a large enterprise organisation undergoing a major HR systems transformation across Australia and New Zealand.

This role sits at the centre of a complex integration programme involving:

• Humanforce (Time & Attendance)
• MicrOpay (Payroll)
• ELMO (HRIS)
• Award / EBA driven payroll rules
• Multi-entity data integration

This is not a generic UAT role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in validating payroll configurations, awards interpretation and end-to-end system integrations as the programme moves through SIT and into UAT.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases across Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
