Job Description

Payroll (50%)
- Process full-cycle payroll on a regular basis (weekly/bi-weekly), ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legislation - Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes - Administer payroll deductions, benefits, and remittances (e.g., taxes, pensions, and other statutory requirements) - Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner - Prepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and year-end tax forms (e.g., T4s) - Respond to employee payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
