Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish, including tasks such as timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
- Ensure that payroll-related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates.
- Address and resolve employee complaints regarding payroll systems or transactions.
- Manage and administer mandatory employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Process employee contributions and facilitates timely remittance to relevant government agencies.
- Accommodates payroll queries.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Business-related course.
- Adept in MS Applications (MS Excel, Word).
- Average communication skills - written and verbal.
- Trainable and willing to extend hours if necessary.
