Job Description

Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of Overhead related activities with adherence to internal control procedures. 
Support Overhead Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand overheads and issues, ensuring the financial implications are captured correctly in financial and statutory statements. 
Provide value-add analysis, understanding movements in overheads, root causes of issues, and business reasons behind variances with accurate presentation of requested materials. 
Support AOP activities. 
Ensure that queries from stakeholders are dealt with promptly and accurately. 
Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes. 
Contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and support to the continuous improvement of Overhead processes. 
Ensure that Overhead policies and procedures are understood and followed. 
Support internal and external audits.
